'CalmBridgePrairie's journey began with one dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Originating from the Bianchi family in 1985, we opened as a quaint, family-owned shop with age-old family recipes.

Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft during her Italian adventure, apprenticing with renowned pizza makers in Naples, the home of pizza. Once back in the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to the classic techniques and sourcing the best ingredients.

What started as a humble 12-seater has evolved into a cherished community establishment, yet our dedication to quality and originality remains steady. We adhere to the traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and prioritize sourcing top-notch ingredients.

Now, 'CalmBridgePrairie' remains under the family banner, as the Bianchi legacy continues with the next generation. Although we now integrate some contemporary advances, our foundational mission endures: to craft delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
